This blog started as a personal space and a place to share some of my stories and recipes. With the start of 2018, I have been working on a whole bunch of ideas that keep me happy whilst adding value to your life through my endeavours.
With this in mind, I will soon be starting Keto Diaries on my blog – a window into the ketogenic diet, its benefits, dos & don’ts as well as recipes and meal plans to get you started. For me, it started as a weight loss diet but it has helped in the regression of my auto immune disease and has a slew of other benefits that I can’t wait to share!

You might have also come across my pop-up dinner, Table Talk, where you get to experience a 7-course tasting menu. This has been such a fulfiling experience that I cannot begin to put it into words.
